Keith Urban, Rascal Flatts Highlight The LINQ’s First Music Festival At ACM’s Party For A Cause
The LINQ was the hottest place to be this weekend as a slew of country stars invaded the shopping, dining and entertainment district for a two-day music bonanza. Just days after the anticipated High Roller observation wheel launched, the Academy of Country Music hosted the 2nd Annual Party For A Cause Festival, held out at The LINQ’s back lot. Featuring food trucks, drinks, games, a beer garden, interactive booths and two stages, the party didn’t stop as names such as Justin Moore, “The Voice” winners Danielle Bradbery and Cassadee Pope, Thomas Rhett, Florida George Line and Rascal Flatts played the first day.
The High Roller shined brightly, providing a picturesque backdrop for fans and the performers, many of whom took a spin on the wheel just a few steps away. Saturday’s acts included Love & Theft, Kip Moore, Lee Brice, Joe Nichols and Chris Young. The charitable country party closed with a bang as Keith Urban took the stage at 10:30 in an unforgettable performance. The event wound down in time for the stars to get ready for the 49th Annual Academy of Country Music Awards show, which aired on CBS Sunday night.
With room for stages both inside the district as well as in the lot behind the High Roller, The LINQ is the hottest new place for one-of-a-kind music festivals and specialty acts. Stay tuned for more news on upcoming Las Vegas events.
