Tickets are on sale now for the holy grail of culinary festivals, Vegas Uncork’d by Bon Appétit, returning to Las Vegas for its eighth year on May 8-11. Set to be the largest one yet, the world’s foremost cooking masterminds and celebrity chefs all hit town for a lineup of star-studded events that involve fancy food, rare pours, chef demonstrations and Master Series Dinners. Mixing up chefs, sommeliers and mixologists, events will be spread out over several Strip resorts, including Caesars Palace.

Get ready to be starstruck—this year’s roster includes all the cool kids: Bobby Flay, Buddy Valastro, Daniel Boulud, Giada De Laurentiis, Joёl Robuchon, Julian Serrano, Guy Savoy, Mario Batali, Pierre Gagnaire, Masayoshi Takayama, Michael Mina, Nobu Matsuhisa, Royden Ellamar, Shawn McClain, Thomas Keller and more.

“Four days in the Las Vegas sun celebrating 70 of the world’s best chefs, 20 of the most talented Master Sommeliers and 50 amazing events is my perfect weekend,” said “Bon Appétit” editor in chief Adam Rapoport. Food lovers get rare access to interact and rub shoulders with their favorite big-named chefs—and let’s face it, it’s a great excuse to book a trip to Vegas. Krug Chef’s Table at Master Series Dinner: Dinnertime Decadence with Guy Savoy, Thursday, May 8
A new event this year, experience exclusive like never before. Be one of six at the swanky chef’s table at Restaurant Guy Savoy inside Caesars Palace. At the only Krug Chef’s Table in the U.S., indulge in premium Krug Champagne and dine on a special menu prepared by the Michelin-starred chef himself.

A Scot’s Tale: Master Series Dinner with Gordon Ramsay, Thursday, May 8 
Hosted by the chef himself, this Master Series Dinner showcases Ramsay’s signature flavors with a once-in-a-lifetime menu at his own Gordon Ramsay Pub & Grill in Caesars Palace.

When Stars Align: Master Series Dinner with Bobby Flay & Giada De Laurentiis, Thursday, May 8
The Master Series Dinner with Bobby Flay is back by popular demand, but this time with a very special twist that’s never been done before. Giada De Laurentiis joins Flay at his MESA Grill at Caesars Palace, as the two powerhouses come together to craft a special menu of MESA favorites. Also on the menu? Courses from Giada, her inaugural restaurant at The Cromwell.

Grand Tasting, Friday, May 9
The name says it all: Vegas Uncork’d’s Grand Tasting is the crème de la crème. Held at the beautiful five-acre Garden of the Gods Pool Oasis at Caesars Palace, guests can expect a variety of passed dishes and tasting stations with cuisine by more than 50 award-winning chefs and more than 100 of the world’s best wines and spirits. When it’s time for the after-party, head to the newly opened FIZZ Las Vegas to imbibe on an array of high-end champagnes and mingle with celebrity chefs.
