The Best Gourmet Value in Las Vegas

We’re still reeling from our recent visit to one of the premier eateries in Las Vegas, Payard Pâtisserie & Bistro at Caesars Palace. We’d heard a rumor that Payard’s was serving a lunch special for $19, so we had to see (and taste) it for ourselves.

Thankfully, the rumors are true! For a limited time, one can experience the bliss of spectacular gourmet fare for an exceptional price.

First course? A choice of Taboule…

…or an Heirloom Caprese Salad.

Heaven, thy name is cheese.

Heaven, thy name is cheese.

Just so many flavors and textures and things to make one’s taste buds do backflips.

On to the main course! Choose Halibut Rivera Style…

…or a Flat Iron Steak. Both beyond scrumptuous.

Mouthwatering would be an understatement.

And, of course, no visit to Payard would be complete without one of their acclaimed desserts. Included. Did we mention this entire meal is just $19?

We sampled the ”Candy Bar” dessert…

We should have shown the inside, too. It wasnt around that long.

And the Napoleon.

Oh, now, this is just getting ridiculous.

A member of our party, a notorious foodie, exclaimed, “I’ve had Napoleons all over town, and this is far and away the best I’ve ever had.”

Take advantage of this deal while it lasts. It’s one of the best values on the Strip, and sure to be a culinary experience you won’t soon forget.

Coming soon: We go into Payard’s kitchen and chat with the mastermind behind these captivating dishes. We’d write more nice things about Payard Pâtisserie & Bistro, but we’ve run out of adjectives. We’ll get more.

The balsamic vinegar on that caprese salad was amazing. It didn’t cut into you like some vinegars. It just kinda enveloped your tongue with sweet, tangy balsamic bliss.

Everything was just fresh, and prepared perfectly.

Everything was just perfect. This is the summer menu, there will be a new fall menu on the first day of fall.
