Spice Market Buffet Serves Up Summer Favorites Menu

This blog’s favorite Strip buffet, the Spice Market Buffet at Planet Hollywood, is pulling out all the stops with a Summer Seafood & BBQ Menu. The menu features dozens of seasonal favorites, so loosen up your belt and revel in the rubs, the sauces, the glazes and spices of summer.

Oh, yes, there will be meat.

Oh, yes, there will be meat.

The Spice Market Buffet has made it easy to spot the summer-themed menu items with strategically-placed placards identifying each dish.

Like homing beacons for your gullet.

The lunch and dinner menus are extensive, but you can view all the selections by downloading the menu here (.pdf format). Menu subject to change, especially if this blog gets there first.

This dish has summertime written all over it. Figuratively. Please keep up.

A little taste of what’s on the summer menu: Carved smoked ham, BBQ glazed rotisserie chicken, house-smoked beef brisket, BBQ pork spare ribs, country fried chicken, housemade coleslaw cabbage, buttered corn on the cob and pulled pork sliders.

The fried chicken isn't just delicious, it's also adorbs.

On the seafood side, there’s Southern fried catfish, Blue Crab-stuffed sole, buffalo fried shrimp, crawfish, Dungeness crab, carved salmon with a BBQ glaze and fresh-fried hush puppies.

This is the Blue crab-stuffed sole. Anyway, it's fancy.

Getting the picture yet? It’s like having a summer cook-out, without the sunburn or being stuck doing the dishes.

Oh, my.

You’d better bring a friend.

Of course, the Spice Market Buffet still has its mind-blowing cupcake station, the stuff of Las Vegas legend. Read our exhaustive (perhaps a little too exhaustive) coverage right here.

This, times infinity.

You’ll want to finish up your Summer Seafood & BBQ Menu adventure with a little cotton candy. Or a lot. After all, it’s a Las Vegas buffet.

Oh, you'll pretend you aren't having any, but this blog knows better.

We even went to the trouble of finding you a $5 off coupon. Please put that $5 to good use. And by “good use,” of course, we mean “purchase a cocktail.”
