Nothing says “holiday” like Trevi’s Happy Hollytini, a candy cane martini made of vanilla vodka, Peppermint Schnapps and Bailey’s. To finish, the Forum Shops hot spot swirls the concoction with wintery white chocolate and rims it with crushed peppermint candy.
Adults-only milk and cookies
Does your Santa have a sweet tooth? Paris hotel’s Sugar Factory makes sure every would-be Mr. or Mrs. Clause can have their Christmas Eve treat with its new Adult Milk and Cookies dessert. The chocolate milk liqueur makes this an over-21-only treat and the cookies include chocolate chip, s’mores and red velvet. Spring for the customizable ice-cream sandwiches, where the sky’s the limit.
Christmas-y Royal Velvet
The tight-knit Italian family of Rao’s, inside Caesars Palace, loves Christmas so much that it leaves its décor up year-round. Hit up the bar for its Christmas-inspired Royal Velvet cocktail featuring Crown Royal Maple, Glenmorangie 10yr, Velvet Cinn Horchata, Licor 43 and cinnamon.
Trevi’s pastry chef, Hank Sbraccia, is celebrating the holidays by serving his unique homemade eggnog gelato, prepared with bourbon, dark rum and a hint of freshly grated nutmeg. Check back in around New Year’s Eve for his specialty Champagne variety.
Pumpkin Spice Cake
Gordon Ramsay, the man who serves his sinful sticky toffee pudding with a “stick” of butter (ice-cream), has whipped up a four-piece holiday pumpkin spice cake with marshmallow topping. Dig in at Gordon Ramsay Steak inside Paris.
Gourmet chocolate collection
Fuel up for last-minute shopping at Max Brenner at Forum Shops. Can’t decide what to buy? This large tin, his Pattern Collection, is loaded with a whopping nine of Max’s specialty chocolate items. Don’t let the quantity fool you — you’ll still have to ration to make the delicious goodies last until the New Year.
Down the hall in the “new” section of the shopping emporium houses the haute Vosges, which this year offered a ‘Twas the Night Before Christmas advent calendar in a keepsake box. Each day leading up to Christmas reveals one chocolate in a collection of caramels, organic peanut butter bonbons, toffee, exotic chocolate bar minis and a gnome.

Head to Rio All-Suites Hotel for its famous Carnival World Buffet – and its impressive array of desserts. Already a mouth-watering collection, the pastry chefs have added extra holiday desserts designed for buffet fans who can’t commit to just one treat (why would you?)

Bring the whole family to Serendipity 3 in front of Caesars Palace for an array of sundaes – from its famous “Frrrozen” hot chocolate to all the classics, like hot fudge, caramel and peanut butter. Work off some of the indulgence afterwards at Caesars Chalet, a winter wonderland-worthy ice-skating rink that’s open just for Christmas.
